Master Entrepreneurship / Mentorship is a 4-month program designed to take you from idea to execution, combining practical business fundamentals with one-on-one mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs. You'll learn how to validate a business idea, conduct market research, and build a lean business model and pitch deck. The program covers business planning, branding, sales and customer acquisition, basic financial management, and fundraising fundamentals, giving you the toolkit to launch and grow a real venture. Throughout the course, you'll receive guided mentorship, feedback on your own business idea, and exposure to case studies of successful startups and small businesses. You'll also learn essential soft skills — negotiation, leadership, and resilience — that are critical to navigating the challenges of building something from scratch. By the end of the 4 months, you will have developed a complete business plan and pitch for your own venture, along with the confidence and network to take the next step as a founder, entrepreneur, or intrapreneur.
